Glouner (The Gumball Rally, Another Chance), John Elsenbach (Kojak, Murder She Wrote), Michael Watkins (The Last Waltz), and more. Apparently the signatures were gathered at a meeting of the Cinematographers Union. The signatures (some folks signed twice!) cover the title page, the last page, and the inside of both front and rear covers. The book itself is slightly creased around spine and has minor water damage, mainly to rear cover.
